This was my second experience with Urgent Pet Care West. The first time, was wonderful, as they did surgery on a lizard. Wonderful. The second time was with an aging cat. My cat we experiencing late signs of kidney failure which they identified right away. They gave me the hard truth of the matter, and eventually provided the euthanasia services she required in the end. The staff is compassionate, and have a passion for animals. Urgent Pet Care saved my dog's life. Period. When he arrived by OPD squad car, he was immediately taken in and treated as a critical case which he was. Everyone; the front desk, techs, and vets were so kind and professional. Thank goodness they exist in Omaha and they are so competent. My dog's aftercare has been excellent too. Although I ended up with a substantial vet bill, I did not think UPC's fees were out of line with the treatments and care my dog needed after he was attacked by an American Bully.

Our dog Carl had to have an emergent foreign body removal done by Dr. Stealy late on a Wednesday night. I CANNOT rave enough about Dr Stealy or the rest of the team! Every single person was friendly, personable, understanding & thorough! Our questions were answered while in the clinic, as well as when I reached out via text after leaving Carl. Dr. Stealy called before & after surgery with updates & then even again before leaving for the day at 7am. The entire team at Urgent Pet Care Millford has made a very stressful (and expensive) experience manageable! Thank you for all you did for Carl! Happy to have our boy on the mend!
