had this to say:
I cannot say enough about the incredible care and compassion we received at Urgent Pet Care. We had to rush our dog in after a severe dog fight—so severe that, to be honest, I don’t think anyone was sure he would make it. From the moment we walked in, the team not only focused on saving my dog’s life but also on supporting me after the overwhelming experience of being in the middle of it all.
The level of dedication, skill, and kindness they showed was beyond anything I could have hoped for. They kept us informed every step of the way with calls and texts, ensuring we never felt alone in the process. Their compassion extended far beyond just medical care; they truly cared about our pet and our family.
Because of them, Mr. Pickles is still here today, and I will forever be grateful. If you ever find yourself in an emergency, this is the place you want by your side. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

My husband and I had to take our cat, Riley, in for an exam because he suddenly became ill, lethargic, and wobbly on his feet. Our fur baby was suffering and we made the decision to let him go. The staff and vet were very kind and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. I would recommend them for any and all pet care.

Our pet dog Frankie apparently ate some kind of thc product on our daily walk. I took him to the park across from the Gretna High School and walked around while he was on his leash. About an hour or so after the walk he became lethargic, couldn't stand or hardly walk. I immediately took him to our vet who called and sent us to Urgent Care West. While I was shocked to learn what they thought he ate, as there is nothing like that in the house & I don't use any of those products, I do not have a single complaint about how they took care of Frankie. It concerns me that this thc product was more than likely on the ground somewhere in the park & I was beyond scared, I felt much better once we were at Urgent Pet Care. For what they do, their costs are reasonable & explained ahead of time. They are professional, compassionate & knowledgeable.

I took my senior Doberman in as he was having trouble standing and walking. The staff and doctors were excellent in working with him. I wasn't sure that I was going to be taking him home but I was reassured that his condition would be treatable. They ran thorough tests and confirmed the initial diagnosis. Very reassuring. My only other comment was that the do require a deposit if the treatment is going to be over $400. I don't mind paying the premium price for the urgent care service but having to do two separate transactions I think can be a bit more stressful for a pet parent if their situation was worse than mine but this is just my opinion.. Would definitely recommend them!
